REFUND POLICIE
- We only allow one refund per customer.
- All courses come with a trial period of 7 days. Within the 7 days of subscription, you can refund the product in case you do not like it and don’t want to complete it.
- Unical Academy may be able to refund your payment depending on our refund policies.
- You can read Unical Academy refund policies in detail.
- If you paid for an individual course or a Unical Academy Plus subscription, you can request a refund within two weeks of your payment. You can’t get a refund if you’ve already earned a Course Certificate or if two weeks have already passed.
- A Refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to info@unicalsystems.com or by calling us on +91 8886978888 within 15 days of your subscription.
- No Refund will be provided after 15 days of subscription.
- Refunds shall be made to bank account within 10 working days
When you request a refund
You’ll get a confirmation email when we get your refund request. You’ll also be un-enrolled from the course. If you’d like to continue in the free version of the course, you’ll need to re-enroll. It can take up to ten days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than seven days, contact us about the problem.
